Roamlinx Creator Program Terms

1. Operator and definitions

The “Roamlinx Creator Program” (the “Program”) is operated by ROAMLINX SIA, registration number 40203667489, Riga, Latvia (“Roamlinx”, the “Operator”). Program contact: creators@roamlinx.pl.

A “Creator” is an adult individual or legal entity taking part in the Program. A “Customer” buys from roamlinx.pl. A “Link/Code” is one of the unique referral identifiers created by the Creator. “Commission” is compensation for a correctly attributed and confirmed sale.

2. Registration and account

1. Registration is free and requires an email address and password. The first referral link is created after registration.
2. The Creator may create additional Links/Codes for channels and campaigns in the panel, name them, set an available discount, disable them and reactivate them. A code cannot be changed after it is created. An account may have up to 20 active and 100 saved Links/Codes.
3. The Creator provides accurate information and may hold one account per person or entity.
4. Settlement details are required before the first payout, not before promotion starts.
5. The Program is open only to persons legally able to receive compensation in their jurisdiction.

3. Commission and levels

1. Start level: 20% of the gross price of a new Customer’s first confirmed order for products included in the Program catalog.
2. For 30 days after account activation, the first five first sales receive double commission, up to 40%. The exact rate is shown in the panel before a product is promoted.
3. Pro from 25 confirmed sales: up to 25%. Elite from 100 confirmed sales: up to 30%. Promotion is automatic.
4. A repeat purchase by an attached Customer pays 10% of the gross price (up to 12% at Elite), provided the product is eligible.
5. Products not shown in the Program catalog may earn no commission. The panel shows the applicable rate and “for you” amount.
6. An optional 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% or 20% audience discount can be set separately for each Link/Code and reduces the Creator’s commission on a first sale through that Link/Code by the selected percentage points. At the standard rate, a 20% discount means 0% commission on the first sale, but after confirmation the Customer is still permanently attached to the Creator. If a product earns zero Creator commission, no audience discount is applied.

4. Attribution and sale confirmation

1. A first sale follows the last valid active Link/Code click within 30 days.
2. A sale is confirmed after payment, Customer eSIM installation and a 14-day protection period.
3. After the first confirmed sale, the Customer remains attached without an end date while the Program runs, the Creator account is active and the Customer exists in our system. This is what “forever” means in the Program.
4. Repeat purchases accrue without another Link/Code click and remain assigned in reporting to the Link/Code that acquired the Customer.

5. Payouts

1. The minimum payout is PLN 100 for a PLN balance and EUR 25 for a EUR balance.
2. Available methods are PayPal and SEPA/IBAN bank transfer. Another method may be agreed individually but is not guaranteed.
3. The Creator requests a payout in the panel. We send payouts on Tuesdays and Fridays, no later than 3 business days after the request. A public-holiday payout is sent on the next business day.
4. Payout is made in the balance currency. Roamlinx does not convert it.
5. Complete recipient and settlement details, and no justified fraud concern, are required.

6. Refunds, cancellations and corrections

1. A full or partial refund, chargeback, cancelled order or confirmed abuse cancels the commission attached to that order.
2. A pending commission is marked reversed. If already credited, a balance correction is recorded.
3. Roamlinx may hold a payout while a justified abuse concern is investigated, for no more than 60 days, and will notify the Creator by email.

7. Documents and taxes

1. Before payout, the Creator provides their settlement type, full legal name, tax-residence country, billing address and — for a business — the relevant tax ID.
2. A business issues an invoice or equivalent document under its jurisdiction. Self-billing requires a separate agreement.
3. After every payout, an individual receives an email statement from Roamlinx showing the amount, currency, settlement period and payout date.
4. The Creator is responsible for their own taxes and social contributions. Roamlinx does not provide tax advice.

8. Advertising disclosure and promotion

1. Content containing a Link/Code must clearly disclose advertising or commercial cooperation as required by the law applicable to its audience.
2. Spam, self-referrals, cookie stuffing, impersonation, paid search bidding on “Roamlinx”, artificial traffic and false or misleading claims are prohibited.
3. A Creator is not an employee or agent of Roamlinx and may not make statements on its behalf.

9. Free starter eSIM

1. Applying does not guarantee an eSIM. Roamlinx decides who receives a starter eSIM, based on channel fit, travel plan, device compatibility and availability.
2. Normally one starter eSIM is granted per Creator. It has no cash value and may not be resold.
3. Roamlinx may reject an application without a detailed explanation and may limit, change or end the starter-eSIM offer.
4. Receiving a starter eSIM does not create a publication obligation. Content containing a Link/Code must still follow section 8.

10. Suspension and termination

1. Roamlinx may suspend or close an account for a breach, fraud, customer harm or brand harm.
2. A Creator may leave at any time. Available balance above the threshold is paid after required checks.
3. If the Program ends, correctly accrued available balances are paid even below the threshold.

11. Personal data

ROAMLINX SIA is the controller. We process account, starter-eSIM application, sale, payout and settlement data to perform the agreement, run the Program, prevent abuse and meet legal duties. Creators receive only anonymised or pseudonymised Customer data. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes and final provisions

1. Material changes are announced by email or in the panel 30 days in advance. A change does not remove a correctly accrued balance.
2. The Program is governed by Latvian law without limiting mandatory rights available to a Creator under applicable law.
3. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
