Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are established between:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Website Owner")
and the end user of the products and services purchased on the roamlinx.pl website and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
The Website Owner reserves the right to change the following terms at any time to reflect changes in supplier pricing, operational costs, taxes, or other related fees. Please review these Terms carefully. Note that each mobile network operator reserves the right to change service rates at any time without prior notice, which is beyond the control of the Website Owner.
1. Accuracy of Information
The Website Owner makes every effort to ensure that all information on our website is correct and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information available on other websites. Due to the dynamic nature of the market, all rates are subject to change. We strive to keep all information as current as possible.
The Website Owner is not responsible for any errors or omissions on this website.
2. Product Description
The Website Owner offers a wide range of global data eSIM products and mobile data packages. Product descriptions and pricing published on the website are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be exact.
If a product or service is inaccurately described (including pricing), we reserve the right to cancel any related order, even if the order has already been confirmed and paid for. If we cancel a paid order, all incurred costs will be fully refunded.
3. Payment Methods and Currency
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Discover, and Diners Club International worldwide. We also support PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment systems. All payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. Users can choose their preferred payment provider. Payments made through PayPal are protected by PayPal's Buyer Protection program. Prices on the website are listed in Euros (EUR) and Polish Zloty (PLN).
4. Service Validity Period
Global (PAYG) eSIM products and accounts do not expire in the traditional sense. However, if an account remains inactive (no data usage) for 365 days, we reserve the right to deactivate the associated eSIM and permanently remove it from our system.
If the balance is zero and the last data session occurred more than 365 days ago, the eSIM may be permanently deleted.
For mobile data packages, the validity period starts from the moment the eSIM first connects to a mobile network supported by Roamlinx. You have 180 days from the date of purchase to activate the product.
5. Service Provision for eSIM
We do not guarantee network availability or coverage, which is the responsibility of local mobile network providers. Users experiencing issues should first contact the local carrier. Refunds will not be issued for problems caused by lack of coverage.
While we assist in eSIM activation and issue resolution, we cannot guarantee network quality or activation procedures. Users are responsible for correctly entering all required activation details. We are not liable for blocked or non-functional eSIM profiles resulting from incorrect installation.
6. Device Compatibility
Before purchasing, the User is responsible for verifying that their device supports eSIM technology and is compatible with the selected product.
Lack of device compatibility does not constitute a defect of the product and does not entitle the User to a refund once the activation details have been delivered.
7. Rates
Rates for the products are published on the website and are quoted in Euros (EUR) or Polish Zloty (PLN) per megabyte (MB) or as package rates.
Some countries may have multiple roaming partners with different data pricing. Users are responsible for checking partner networks and rates before traveling. No refunds will be issued for usage on more expensive networks if lower-cost options were available.
8. Risk
Products or services are only provided after full payment is received. After delivery, the Website Owner is not liable for damage or loss. Issues such as activation errors or missing delivery emails must be reported immediately to Roamlinx Customer Support at support@roamlinx.pl.
9. Product Delivery
All products are delivered in digital format (for example, via a QR code for eSIM activation or a link to activate a data package). Delivery is usually instant and, in any case, completed no later than within 24 hours after successful payment.
As the products are digital services, no physical delivery takes place. Use of the services may be subject to applicable local regulations related to telecommunications services in the country where the User uses the eSIM. The Company ensures that its services are provided in accordance with applicable European Union law.
10. Activation Period and Refund Policy
After purchase, the eSIM may be activated at any time within 180 days from the date of purchase, as stated on the product page and in the activation instructions.
Once the eSIM has been activated or data usage has started, the service is considered fully provided and is not refundable, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
11. Unavailable Products
If, in exceptional circumstances, a purchased product cannot be delivered or activated due to availability issues, the User will receive a full refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after confirmation of unavailability.
12. Promotional or Demo Products
Promotional or demo products, if offered free of charge, are provided “as is”, are non-refundable, and may be limited, modified, or withdrawn at any time at the Company’s discretion.
Such products do not affect the User’s statutory consumer rights with respect to paid services.
13. Defective Digital Services
If the digital service does not function as described due to a technical defect, the Company will first attempt to restore conformity by providing technical assistance or a replacement eSIM.
If the defect cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, the User is entitled to a refund or replacement, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770.
14. Delivery of Activation Details
eSIMs and activation details are delivered digitally (e.g. QR code or activation link) by email.
If the delivered activation details are incomplete, corrupted, or inaccessible, the User must contact customer support without delay so the issue can be resolved or the product replaced.
15. Unused and Unactivated Products
If an eSIM has not been activated, has not been used, and remains within the 180-day activation period, the User may request a partial refund, subject to an administrative handling fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.
Once the eSIM has been activated or data usage has started, the product becomes non-refundable.
16. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
By purchasing a digital eSIM service, the User expressly agrees to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once activation begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
If activation has not yet occurred, the User may cancel the order before receiving or using the activation details.
Email confirmation of delivery of the activation QR code or link constitutes confirmation that the digital content has been supplied.
17. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the refund request is approved, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you under the laws of your country of residence within the European Union.
Roamlinx always aims to resolve complaints amicably and efficiently. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may bring a claim before the competent courts of Latvia or, where required by applicable EU law, before the courts of your country of residence.
These Terms comply with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
